Dr. Nicolaus serves as director of curriculum & instruction for the Canon-McMillan School District. She has worked in a number of capactities which include elementary teacher, assistant middle school principal, CMSD English language learner coordinator, and elementary principal. She was the proud recipient of a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 2008. Her academic interests include curriculum & instruction, professional development, teacher learning communities, elementary learners, and English language learners.
